I was given a gift certificate for a California Dreamin' balloon adventure. After 4 months of pre-booking, they lost the reservation and cancelled us on the day before our flight after I called to confirm. They lied about the cancellation, blaming it on weather conditions, so they would not have to pay for our travel expenses. However, I have since learned that they had balloons in the air on that day, and the weather was terrific in Temecula on that day as we were there! The weather forecast also stated no trouble. As if this were not enough, I called back to reschedule and they are unwilling to accommodate the date because I have a gift certificate and they are only accepting cash customers on the weekend chosen. These people are really something else. If they treat their customer's with such a lack of integrity, I wonder about the safety of their equipment too.
