Kayak was good comfortable..we are doing it for first time and guides - Rick & Sunny help alot they are very friendly and Helpful It was bedt experience..

The entire team at Epic Paddle are top notch. Very professional and very friendly. I highly recommend them for your adventures. Guides Walter and Pamela were both awesome. High energy, very friendly and professional. My family absolutely enjoyed them both. We booked the sunset tour for six. Two in my party changed from Kayaks to paddle boards at the last minute. Without hesitation the team accommodated the late changes. Guide Walter quickly adjusted and trained them both on the paddle boards. He was very thorough. Enough that they were both very comfortable on the paddle boards. Our tour started off great. Everyone felt safe, even my teenage son and nephew. They were both nervous because it was their first time kayaking without an adult. About 15-20 minutes into our tour Mother Nature decided she wanted to drop a unschedule severe thunderstorm on Lake Ivanhoe. It was bad. Walter and Pamela quickly shifted gears. Out tour went from having fun to getting everyone to a safe place. Walter and Pamela quickly routed the tour under a bridge. Both monitored the weather looking for an opportunity to get everyone back to docks safely. At the dock Walter and Pamela worked in overdrive to get everyone out safely. Once again I brag enough how professional and friendly both Walter and Pamela are. Their priorities quickly shifted from having a great to time to making our safety their top priority. The tour didn’t go as planned due to Mother Nature but Epic Paddle made sure we were taken care. Without hesitation they immediately offered a full refund. True Professional. My family was upset about Mother Nature cutting our tour but we quickly decided we were coming back and we were requesting both Pamela and Walter.
