1) The staff and customers were nice. 2) The booking didn’t go as planned. I purposely booked the kayaking tour over paddle board for many reasons. Unfortunately the booking, on the business end, reported paddle boarding. Thus, after giving an option to sit on the paddle board or go tandem with a crew member, I decided not to go on the tour. 3) I recommend that Trip Advisor and the business work together to cross check the bookings or to allow an opportunity for the customer to confirm. 4) Without understanding my reasoning for kayaking, another crew member (not part of the group I was with) came by and repeated that he had a 70-year old lady on the paddle board and it was fine. With no respect to differences and being judged on age rather than understanding health reasons why I chose one over the other - I was left dumbfounded and disappointed. Crew members should never assume anything about their customers. Customers know themselves and the reasons why they can or cannot or will or will not do certain activities.

I had a good experience doing the sunset kayaking. Tour guide was very nice and helpful. I only wish he had taken more pictures of us rather than the wildlife and buildings.
