Unfortunately, by mistake, but in good faith, I booked the tour but the passes had expired at midnight the day before. I asked what I could do to cancel and not be forced to pay anyway. I was given the pass manager's (Go City) helpline number to see if they could cancel the booking. I called Go City and after 1 hour they confirmed that if the Tour had not checked in for them the Tour was cancelled. I then spoke twice on the phone with the Tour to make sure that the cancellation had taken place and that there would be no payment. In all of this I went away and didn't take part in the tour since everyone was working (in words) to find a solution.
They told me twice on the phone that they would do everything to prevent me from paying anyway (Peri)
Then they gave me conflicting communications making me think that there would be the possibility of not seeing the automatic credit
At this point I am stupid for thinking that they would have solved my case but instead they made so many useless words and then still took the big money for their conditions present at the booking
I will not recommend this tour to anyone. Only negative experience in New York
