We got there 30 minutes before the tour (which was scheduled for 4) and parked in the first lot they suggested and paid for parking in the app. The app said parking was good until 4 pm which confused me but I thought maybe they let people park for free on Saturday nights. We are from Wyoming and know nothing about Tampa. We went to a bar for a drink and the bartender told us parking was only until 4 because the hockey team was playing that night and they already had people pay for the hockey parking and if we didn't move we would be towed and fined $200. I ran to move the car and my husband went to the boat to tell the guy. I didn't make it back before 4 so my husband got off and they left. I didn't expect them to wait but felt it was their fault because they should have known about the parking situation. My husband asked about a refund and he said the guy was rude and said no refund because they could have sold the tickets to someone else. They also could have offered for us to go the next day which they did not. We are just out our money.

We are sorry for you experence. I dont know who you called. But we do offer options to guests that miss trips. but you must call us directly, not the online booking company as they have strick rules about no shows. Please call us directly and we will work with you.

Our guide was friendly and did a great job narrating. One improvement that could be made is the speaker system. It was very hard to hear our guide clearly.

Beautiful day in January to be on the water. Very knowledgeable tour guide about the houses, buildings and parks along Tampa Bay.
