The trip was good and it was pretty straight forward of a process, however the end was an issue. To start off it’s my wife’s birthday and I booked the trip , I paid my gas and heliport fee in cash , and upon getting off the helicopter we immediately had an employee come up and say “you did not pay the heliport fee” to my wife. I tell her I did and explained it was in cash and even pointed out the guy who I gave the $ to who confirmed it. Then immediately after another employee comes up and goes “are you Alexandra” to again ask about the money but we just walked into the van. Then once in the van they again ask in Spanish (which my wife and I are fluent in) over their intercom if we had paid and if they got the money… all I can say is that was unprofessional. Had they asked me “did you give the $ for the heliport fee” opposed to just coming up and telling my wife “you guys didn’t pay it” I wouldn’t be as annoyed with the situation. The pilot was cool and it was a fun experience, so other than the end it was a great experience.
