The day we wanted to fly was uncertain, because of the weather, so we decided to flight another day.
We thought our flight would be on Sunday and it was on Saturday. When we called to check the information, we figured we missed the flight. So we tried to reschedule for another day.
we knew it would cost us money, because of our mistake, but their fee to reschedule was MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE FLIGHT WE BOUGHT.
In other words, it’s just a fake fee as nobody would pay more to a fee than to the service itself. So they kept our money without provide us a service and give us a real chance of rescheduling.
We all know things can happen when you are traveling, so if you are planning to have fun instead of having headaches, lose money, you should try a company that is looking for provide you a great time instead just take your money.
We were not against pau a fee for the no show, that was a misunderstanding, but charge us a fee more expensive than the service we bought was outrageous.

You were sent numerous Emails including phone calls to confirm your flight and no answer on either part. You called at 5pm the day that you were supposed to fly with check in time that was for 2pm, Jessica was more than happy to reschedule you but you DID NOT want to pay the any fees. All companies charge late/rescheduling fees.
