Kilauea
Pierwszy przystanek to nawietrzna strona gór Kohala, gdzie będziemy lecieć wzdłuż linii brzegowej Doliny Waipio, a następnie ruszyć na zachód do Doliny Waimanu. Na Waimanu mogą wystąpić roczne opady do 200 cali, napędzające ponad 1500-metrowe wodospady, jedne z najwyższych na całych Hawajach.

Island of Hawaii
Start your adventure by flying along saddle road between Mauna Kea (tallest mountain in the world) and Mauna Loa (largest mass mountain in the world) toward Kilauea Iki, one of the most active volcanoes on earth. Head north up the windward side of the island passing Hilo town, the wettest town on earth, and the heavenly Hamakua Coast filled with flora and fauna. We then decent upon the Kohala Valleyʻs of Waipiʻo, Waimanu, and Pololu, home to 2500 feet waterfalls. We climb and cross over the summit of Kohala, the oldest of the five volcanoes that make up the Island of Hawaiʻi. Your tour concludes with a beautiful coastline flight over white sand beaches, pristine coral reefs, ancient lava flows, historic heeiau (temples) and the luxury resorts that make their homes on the island’s leeward shores.

Had a fantastic trip on 18 July Sean was our pilot and he was great and very knowledgable We had fantastic views of the volcano and moving lava Then a trip over the rest of the island to see the incredible waterfalls I missed the Dolphins so Sean just turned right around till I saw them Without doubt the highlight of our Hawaii holiday When we landed Natalie was there with gifts for us Absolutely recommend the experience

We booked a full island tour with Mauna Loa Helicopter the Pilot was Jonus. He was the best we flew all over the island and saw some of the most beautiful sites and got told some really good information about the big island the day after we got to the big island the lava started flowing and we got to see that first hand because of the chopper tour Jonas you are the greatest every one loved the ride I would strongly advise that you book a tour with Mauna Loa Helicopters. Thank You Jerry,Kelly,Cassidy,Kennedy.

The entire experience - from planning to execution - was perfect. Natalie was incredibly helpful and responsive in planning the tour. She helped us decide which tour to take and whether to go doors off or on, and she even gave us ginger candies to take along in case of stomach upset (not needed, but thoughtful). Our pilot Jonas, was very competent and personable. You can tell the pilots are very well trained (the company is more well known for pilot training, which gave us great confidence). We did the full island tour and it was spectacular. Just the two of us and Jonas. We saw lava, waterfalls, ocean, cattle, canyons, etc, etc, etc. This was the highlight of our trip.
