First off, we saw several shows on our recent trip to Branson. MO and this theater had the most strict social distancing. It was to the point of being ridiculous. About the show, well... it was quite corny and at times it seemed like a high school talent show. There were a few nice acts. The teenagers dancing was quite good. The mom singing with her small child was touching and very sweet. However, since they mentioned their TV show and their YouTube videos many times we felt like perhaps they’ve outgrown their Branson show and are continuing to perform to get the grandchildren ready to carry on the family tradition. There are much better shows to see in Branson.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We appreciate it when guests take the time to let us know how we are doing. I am so sorry you didn't enjoy the show as much as we would have hoped. We are constantly working on improving our show and will certainly takes your remarks into consideration. As for the extra care we are taking in regards to the COVID virus, the precautions we are taking are directly in line with what the Taney County Health Department has asked us to do for the safety of our guests and staff. In fact it surprises and disappoints me that you experienced less adherance to the health department's recommendations around town. Generally we get compliments from grateful audience members on our policies. Keep in mind that we are trying to be careful with your health and that of our staff. An outbreak in any one of the theaters in this town would kill our entire industry. Again, thank you for your feedback and for visiting the Dutton Family Theater, we will hope that you give us another chance to entertain you in the future.

I've been to three shows this week in Branson and I have to say the Dutton Family Theatre has the best plan to keep everyone safe during this COVID-19 pandemic! They are very thorough with their cleaning, social distancing practices (including arrows showing you how to move about in the theatre). Masks and even gloves worn by the staff. The show is absolutely their best one ever!!! I have watched their show for many years since they've come to Branson and it's been so much fun to see their kids grow up and have families of their own. So much fun to see all of the VERY TALENTED kids in the show! I am especially amazed at Tim Jr.'s multi-talents!!! He is going to have an incredible career! As to the original Dutton kids, each time I see them their show gets better and better. I love how the show is put together and runs seamlessly. This family is very special! As you are watching the show, you feel like you are just part of the family! Sheila even greeted us at the door! Can't wait to come back and see your show again! By the way, I've stayed at the Dutton Inn a few times and it is a great place to stay! Very reasonable and clean!!!

We came to Branson for out 35th anniversary specifically to see the Dutton's opening show for the 2020 season. It was a unique experience because of the COVID-19 precautions in place which the family took very seriously and did a great job of making everyone feel comfortable and safe! The entertainment was excellent and they really made the audience feel a part of the show. It's so much fun to watch 3 generations of this talented family entertain! A special shout out to Josiah for his very touching duet with his Mom! If you can't make it to Branson to see this family, make sure you tune in to the Thursday night YouTube live streams or their weekly show Friday nights on RFD-TV.
