Our tour guide was not good at all. She stumbled on her words, appeared very nervous, and didn’t seem knowledgeable about the city. She would get lost in the middle of a story or have to correct herself when she told a story wrong. Come to find out, we were her second tour. We paid a lot of money for the tour and expected someone knowledgeable of the city and its history to show us around. The quality of the tour was very bad and we would not recommend this company to anyone due to their poor judgment of giving tours to such an inexperienced guide

Hello, Our guides go through extensive training before they are ever given a group to lead and we stand behind them knowing that our guides are the best in the business. We hate that you did not enjoy your experience as 1000's of others have before you. Our guide Jackeline gave very detailed stories about how haunted Savannah is and why. She obviously loves what she does. She also brought pics of ghosts that have been photographed by other tourists during her tours. And encouraged us to take pics and feel our bodies as we stopped at each location. She was also very familiar and nice with us and answered other questions as we walked to each location. And she knows her history, she as able to comment in other stories about the city that we asked for. Loved it!!!
