Don’t waste you’re money, buy a maid of the mist ticket for $25, and enjoy the State park, observation desk and crows nest. The point in paying over and above for a walking tour is to have a walking tour. Being escorted to the boat isn’t a tour. The guide doesn’t join you on the boat and meets you briefly after to share a story or two about daredevils. We had to wait 30 min to start and seemed disorganized.

What seems "disorganized" is our guide awaiting the arrival of all paid guests. We do not want to initiate narrative or delivering information until all are gathered for the departure. You were upset from the beginning about having to wait for the departure time - we appreciate that you arrived early but that does not impart urgency on the entire tour group. We regret that you felt a lack of value in the walking tour- our guides relish that portion as it allows them to shine with knowledge, humor and experience. When you're already disgruntled, it's hard to engage you with that spirit. The guide doesn't join you on the boat because the Maid of the Mist is an experience unto itself, with its own narrative. Having us on the boat is akin to a Tour Guide taking you to a gift shop then joining you inside to direct you what to buy. We appreciate and value your comments but we are compelled to disagree with your motive and assessment. Thank you for voicing your concerns.

The boat ride was great. Service not do much. Our names left off of itinerary and not much of a tour for just boat ride. We did not di the walk after.

Brett was an amazing tour guide!! We loved listening to his knowledge of the history of Niagara Falls and the surrounding areas. He even gave recommendations for restaurants and things to do close outside of Niagara. Very apparent that Brett is passionate about what he does. Highly recommend!!
