Ted was fantastic! Enthusiastic, but not overselling the believer vibe. Very knowledgeable and healthy level of skepticism. Totally worth every penny! Great storyteller as well.

I really enjoyed this tour, in which our guide related numerous tales about this very haunted city! I have taken ghost tours in other places, but this was the first time that I felt and experienced a personal connection. I liked the way the guide allowed the group to freely explore. I think using a spirit box to ask questions would expand the experience.

Great tour, so much fun! Ted kept us so entertained our teen age kids LOVED it!! Would recommend doing this tour!
