This dynamic and interactive part-show, part-city tour will have you amazed by the sights and sounds of New York as you whiz through its streets on a multi-million dollar theatrical bus. THE RIDE is a Broadway-caliber show with New York City at center stage!

THE RIDE Experience is a 60-75 minute interactive bus ride around New York City featuring 2 comedic hosts on board and 5-7 live street performances along our Midtown/Times Square route and lots of fun and laughs. THE RIDE is a unique experience unlike any other you have seen before.

Adult pricing applies to all travelers.
Minimum age is 6 years. Children under 6 years of age will NOT be permitted on the bus.
Food and drink are prohibited on THE RIDE.
There is no restroom on the bus. Please make sure to use the restroom before boarding. There is no access to a restroom during THE RIDE.
THE RIDE is not wheelchair accessible and you will need to ascend stairs to enter and exit.
THE RIDE does not travel at high speeds. However, the bus features side-seating so guests are facing sideways as we travel through New York City, so you can expect some repetitive starting and stopping that may affect some patrons.
Not recommended for travelers prone to motion sickness.

Got rhere and they Canceled our ride at the last minute due to bus “breaking down”. People on the bus 15 minutes after ours got to go on theirs. Poorly organized and chaotic scene.

We’re very sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. A last-minute cancellation is never the outcome we want for our guests, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused. While unforeseen mechanical issues can happen, the lack of clear information given no doubt was exceptionally frustrating. We do apologize wholeheartedly for this very frustrating experience and hope you were able to enjoy your stay in NYC regardless.

We booked this via City Pass to show our teenage boys around the city seeing the Christmas lights last Saturday evening, thinking how fun it looked online however was rather disappointing to be fair. Firstly we arrived at the bus stop 15 minutes ahead of time before we saw anyone else queuing for this, to see 3 buses lined up so we went to the first bus assuming this would be the first to leave. We spoke to a member of staff who said stand here this is the bus, then after 10 minutes said sorry it's the bus at the back which now had a queue, so we had to join the back (not impressed!) even the wait time we had to wait to board especially how cold it was outside. Do not understand the logic why the last bus would be the first bus to leave? None of the staff had a clue of what was going on either. We were looking forward to this but really was rather tacky, the hosts did chat incessantly along with each other purely banter, trying to get the tourists on the bus to join in, some of the things were funny getting the tourist in the street to join in but most of the entertainers outside were medicre. As we had booked for a Saturday evening traffic was horrendous and what should have been 60-75 min trip took 2 hours with lots of adlib by staff, we couldn't wait to get off the bus. Just glad we didn't have dinner plans to go to or would not have made it. The tour itself and where it went was fun, the seating was probably the best idea and perhaps more for younger children and did see lots of sites, much more fun than normal bus trip seeing the sites. If want a trip to see some sites and stop walking a while and be warm, then go for it.

We strive to provide clear communication at boarding and regret the confusion and inconvenience caused by the bus line-up process. We dealt with technical issues with the buses on that date, so swapping buses around was a decision based on necessity. We understand that traffic and extended ride times can detract from the experience, especially on a busy Saturday evening, and we appreciate your patience. While we're glad you found some aspects of the tour fun and enjoyed the unique seating and sightseeing, we regret that the entertainment and overall coordination didn’t fully deliver the magical experience you were hoping for.
