The tunnel is closed so we got lost…. It will be nice that you can read the script or use the speaker of the phone using it as hard to talk the partner while you are in the headphone. We got loss and this is just a guide; entrance fee are not included at all

Hi, I'm sorry for your frustrating experience. Thanks for letting us know about the tunnel closure, we'll look into it and update the tour if needed. You're correct, this is a self-guided audio tour through the park, and, as it clearly states in the Viator listing it doesn't include an entrance ticket to the park. I think you might have missed a few features of the app, since everything you've mentioned is available. You have a map of the tour on your phone to help guide you when you get lost. The app is set up so that you can pause a tour whenever you want to speak to someone you're doing the tour with. Or, alternatively, you can also listen to it using your phone's speaker. You can also see the script for each stop by clicking on the script button (the one with the A and lines next to it). I hope these features will help guide you on your next VoiceMap tour.
