As you take off on your flight out to Bluff Mountain and over the Tennessee Valley you are greeted with stunning views of the Smoky Mountain National Park in the distance. The highlight of this trip is getting up close and personal with Bluff Mountain and Sugar Loaf Mountain, both of which were formed by a glacier at the end of the last ice age. We enjoyed our first helicopter ride together with our pilot phill and boarding attendant James they both did a great job with making sure everything was safe and what we was looking at in air!

The entire process from booking to taking off was excellent. Shortly after arriving the boarding attendant Taylor went over the FAA rules with us before boarding the helicopter and once we walked up to the helicopter they took (optional) pictures of us outside with the helicopter and inside of the helicopter with our headsets on. The pilot Rico was an absolutely excellent tour guide and really made us feel welcome as well as making sure we had a great time. I absolutely would recommend this as it was one of the main highlights of my vacation!

When picking a tour a staffer said this one will mow the grass showing a swooping motion, so we picked it. Pilot said they don’t do that. The staffer lied to us.
