My family and I visited this attraction with the intention to have fun, and jump as it states in the title of the business; we were there maybe 5 minutes max. Throughout our time there, we were consistently harassed by employees on “rules” and “don’t do’s”. We visited as a family of 3 with my wife and our 2 year old daughter and other friends with their children. Before you’re allowed in the jump area you have to sign a waiver and watch a safety video. We went to the toddler area and attempted to get our child to jump, but she wouldn’t because she was scared. We weren’t allowed to participate in the toddler area, which I understood. So we decided to go to the main jump area. The main arena has several trampolines and wasn’t busy at all, so we decided to go to the very back and jump with just us 3. Again, our daughter is 2, so we held her while we jumped which you would imagine is actually us barely jumping, we were basically bouncing. We were told that wasn’t allowed. Then we started to jump while holding her hand, again basically just bouncing and we’re told that wasn’t allowed. At least 4 different employees came over to us and told us this and that weren’t allowed. Finally fed up with the situation I advised them to stop harassing me, or give me a refund which the guy working wanted to argue with me. I told him to leave me alone and go away. They eventually brought the manager over there and I explained to her that this is a jump facility, our daughter which is 2 is scared to jump so we were accompanying her, we also signed a waiver releasing liability, and finally we are the parents so would we really put our daughter in harms way? I simply asked the manager if we aren’t able to do the activities that this business offers, why are we here? Had we known this wouldn’t have been allowed we would have chosen a different activity. So, long story short if you have a family with younger children, avoid this place and find something else to do in Pigeon Forge.

Jeremy, all of the rules enforced at our facility are mandated by the National Association of Trampoline Parks and the State of Tennessee. They are put in place to ensure the safety of our guests. We would have happily issued a refund at the start of your visit once you realized you were dissatisfied with the rules. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that your Smoky Mountain visit was satisfactory!
