We had Dell as our driver. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the trip. He was concerned about his driving and safety at all times. Lunch was provided but adding condiments would be a plus. Dell stopped for a case of water on our trip but never put in a cooler of ice. We had warm water all day. I would have given this a 5 star rating but 45 minutes before the trip we received a text message saying what to expect on the trip and also that a guideline for tips was 20-30 percent of ticket price. I feel that is very bold.

We were lucky enough to have Jason as a driver and guide on my first road to Hana experience! He was very relatable, accommodating, down to earth, knowledgeable, funny and punctual. He picked us up a few minutes early (kind of expected a wait) and filled the day with good conversation and fun stories. We always had water, clear instructions and he was kind enough to purchase and share local snacks with the group at the stops we made. He even guided us on a waterfall jump and stopped to see the turtles on the way back! 10/10 recommend Jason for a one of a kind experience 🌞🤙

Our tour guide Jason was great! He shared stories about Hawaiian culture as well as the land and towns we visited. Very safety conscious and very knowledgeable. We had a great time! The sandwiches provided for lunch were fantastic. Best we've ever had on a tour lunch!
