Driver was early, communicated with us on where she was and we found her easily. She was very pleasant. It was a very nice black SUV too.

Got a call the day before to confirm all the details and the driver called a few minutes after we landed to tell us where we would meet him. Waited at baggage claim and handled our luggage like a pro. Walked us smoothly to the car and loaded our bags and exited the airport through an exit away from the main traffic jam. Was polite and helpful and offered a pleasant conversation.

Our driver was very personable. He worked his was around construction/traffic issues from Ft Lauderdale airport to get us to our destination in Coral Gables right on time!
