Very easy escape room. Did both rooms in about an hour. Less than 10 puzzles in each room. Once scheduled online they called to reschedule for the next day because of double booking. On the day we were to play to game master showed up 15 minutes after our game was set to start while we waited outside. The game master was nice.

We typically start on time and have reiterated to our team the importance of starting the rooms on time. Thank you for that feedback.
