This course gives you a real scuba diving experience during which you will go out on the dive boat and do 2 dives on our beautiful coral reefs with one of our instructors. You will see uncountable varieties of colorful fish and possibly nurse sharks, reef sharks, eagle rays, turtles, goliath groupers and barracudas. We have no dangerous animals on our reefs, so you can relax and enjoy!

The price of this full day adventure includes everything you need for the experience (academics, rental gear, pool training, instructor for the whole day), and at the end of the day your souvenir certificate. All you need is a swimsuit and a towel.

Please note that you must be able to swim in order to learn how to scuba dive. You must also be in excellent health.

Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Minimum age is 10 years
Must know how to swim comfortably (e.g swim two laps in a pool without floating device and standing up or holding on to side of pool_)

Must not fly on an airplane or participate in any activity at high altitude until 10 AM on the next day.

When I visit Key Largo again I will dive with this divecenter again. The shallow reef dives are awesome. With this dive company you will feel save and habe fun.

Completed my AOW with Scuba Fun and really enjoyed it. I was very lucky in that I received 1:1 tuition with Matt due to September being low season on the Keys. I found Anya to be very helpful and she always responded to all our questions. Our plans changed quite a bit and she was very accommodating to our changes. The staff within the shop were very helpful too and took the time to explain questions I had in relation to the AOW – for example, they took time to explain how to use a compass and I had the opportunity to practice in the car park! Matt was a great instructor too – he was patient and always explained the dives in detail. During the dives, he would point out interesting fish and the dives were always great fun. I would highly recommend using Scuba – Fun and we will definitely be diving with them again when we next visit the Keys.

My wife completed her AOW, and myself and a friend did a few dives on a couple of wrecks through the 'wreck-trek' package. Failed miserably to dive the Vandenburg - but have to blame the weather on that one! Anya (and all the other staff) were very accommodating, despite us changing our plans several times over the 3 days diving. Equipment certainly was better quality than some of the other guys on the dive boat - all in all a very good experience, and I would definitely use Scuba Fun again next time I was in the area.
