This was a really nice experience. We we're lucky and have seen the "big three" (Dolphins, Alligators, Manatees). Although we we're the only two people, the tour was not cancalled. I would totally recommend.

Put this on your list of “must do’s”! Our family of four (two adults, two teenagers) had a fantastic two hour tour with Captain Barry and Captain Jack. You couldn’t ask for nicer, more knowledgeable guides. With their expert guidance we saw manatees, an alligator, and so many dolphins while kicking back and just thoroughly enjoying our time on the river. This was a true highlight of our week in Cocoa Beach. It was a cinch to book through a quick conversation with Jayne and when we needed to adjust our tour to a different time, that was equally simple. In short, everyone goes out of their way to make this experience a delight from beginning to end. If you are in the area and considering some time on the water, look no further. This is the best tour around!

We were looking forward to doing a tour. Emailed from the website, then called when no reply came in the email. Left a message on the provided contact number. No response either way. Took a tour from another provider.

Julie, I’m sorry you had this experience. The last email I received from a Julie was 7/11/22. We answer the phone from 8am-6pm, 7 days a week and we promptly reply to email. As you are aware there are many tour operators in the area and sometimes customers tend to confuse them. If somehow we had a hiccup in our system, I am truly sorry. However, I don’t understand why you didn’t just book through Trip Advisor instead of leaving us a negative review. As you can tell from our many reviews, we truly pride ourselves on our high standards of customer service.
