  • Seating goes according to weight and balance. Weight maximum is 250 pounds per person. Passengers are weighed at our facility and passengers weighing over the weight limit are required to purchase an additional seat or will forfeit their flight.
  • Helicopter seats 6 passengers and 1 pilot. All tours are shared with other passengers. All 6 seats must be purchased for a private tour. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative time or date.
  • Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date.
  • Passengers must arrive 1 hour prior to scheduled flight time with Identification. It is strongly advised to arrive prior to check in time to avoid being charged late fee *** ***LATE FEE PRICES*** Passengers failing to arrive 45 minutes prior to scheduled flight time will be charged $50.00 per person late fee. Passengers arriving 30 minutes or less prior to scheduled flight time will be charged $100.00 per person late fee.
  • New York Helicopter has the right to cancel, change or delay any flight any time for any reason, which includes weather conditions, Temporary Flight Restrictions implemented by the FAA, minimum number of passengers not met for tour, helicopter maintenance and all other circumstances outside of our control.
  • $50.00 heliport/fuel fee per person (must be paid on site on travel date)
  • $50.00 heliport/fuel fee for children under the age of 2 (must be paid on site on travel date)

I made an appointment at 3 pm for the helicopter tour. I arrived at the meeting place an hour early. It was written that you would be fined in case of arriving late. I started the helicopter tour at 3:40 and I didn't like it. I had another meeting in New York at 5 o'clock and I was an hour late. Now I can't punish you for this delay and it's not fair unfortunately. this interim helicopter tour was very nice and it was a nice experience thank you

Your booking was for 3-4pm your flight went up exactly at 3:16 it is documents on the pilots flight log. Glad you enjoyed your tour.

The place is not easy to get to and the staff on teh pick up - in a very old bus - did not appear to know what they were doing. I was very, very surprised to find that I had to pay an additional USD 35.00 per person on the day in cash for the Heliport fee. Why was this not included? I had the sense that this was being taken by the staff for themselves. They need to learn about customer service in a big way as they are very officious. The pilot was good and the flight fun.

You obviously did not READ your booking. As for commenting about the staff they are professional in what they do but will not be spoken to rudely by customers. We apologize if the shuttle is not to your liking next time we will send out the limousine. BTW we have many foreigners come to our place of business without a problem.
