  • Seating goes according to weight and balance. Weight maximum is 250 pounds per person. Passengers are weighed at our facility and passengers weighing over the weight limit are required to purchase an additional seat or will forfeit their flight.
  • Helicopter seats 6 passengers and 1 pilot. All tours are shared with other passengers. All 6 seats must be purchased for a private tour. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative time or date.
  • Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date.
  • Passengers must arrive 1 hour prior to scheduled flight time with Identification. It is strongly advised to arrive prior to check in time to avoid being charged late fee *** ***LATE FEE PRICES*** Passengers failing to arrive 45 minutes prior to scheduled flight time will be charged $50.00 per person late fee. Passengers arriving 30 minutes or less prior to scheduled flight time will be charged $100.00 per person late fee.
  • New York Helicopter has the right to cancel, change or delay any flight any time for any reason, which includes weather conditions, Temporary Flight Restrictions implemented by the FAA, minimum number of passengers not met for tour, helicopter maintenance and all other circumstances outside of our control.
  • $50.00 heliport/fuel fee per person (must be paid on site on travel date)
  • $50.00 heliport/fuel fee for children under the age of 2 (must be paid on site on travel date)

Do not go with this company!!! Very poorly organized! The staff is terrible. It is very far from Manatane in an industrial zone. They will try by all means to make you pay exta. It cost me $229 more. They forced me to pay otherwise I lost all my money. They refused to give me a receipt for what they made me pay for!! There are many other companies much better. The people next to us had to pay $300 without a receipt either!

It is obvious that you did NOT read the weight limit, you were OVER the limit and you had to pay for an extra seat which was the tour that you booked. All companies charge if you are OVER THE WEIGHT LIMIT.

Arrived 30 min before flight and was charged $290 extra for being “late” then was out in a room with vin diesel movie playing while they let everyone who came with us in the shuttle go except us. Then after an hour of waiting sat on the flight and literally went one way straight and back, no excitement from the pilot or the team. I was then late for my actual flight back to LA. Felt like a scam. They also went through my phone and made me remove/delete the proof I had of the entire thing. Extremely shady and felt scammed the entire time. No logical explanation was made and we were left disappointed. Especially since it was suppose to be a birthday gift to my bf.

You arrived LATE that is why you got charged the late fee, as for the rest of your post you went up on time with other passengers that had the same tour as you. We DO NOT go through people phones like you mentioned, you were upset because you had to pay the fees.

Highly recommend you avoid this company. Disgusting people - Not a single kind word to be had, barked at us 'Watch this video' with the audio turned all the way down. "Dont take pictures!" "Follow Us!"... I'm sure prison guards are more welcoming. Refused to let us on our trip unless we let them copy our credit card, front and back including CVN, which violates the requirements of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. They claim they keep the photocopy in case they need to charge us for something later. Again, illegal activity if they actually do it. Feel strongly there are grounds for a class action suit here.

No one was barking orders at anyone it is how you feel, everything was on your booking that you need to bring the cc that you booked with for FRAUD purposes you are NOT the only passenger that has to show it. We DO NOT keep any info on any passengers after 90 days no one gets charged ANYTHING. You were rude and obnoxious with the office staff and they could have or should have forfeited your flight. We DO NOT tolerate verbal or physical abuse from any customers.
