  • Dress comfortably, but please remember that shirts and shoes are required on the USS Arizona Memorial; swimsuits not permitted. High heels, dresses and skirts not recommended
  • Complimentary lunch stop en route included at the Hale Aloha Buffet, Hukilau Marketplace only. All other food and beverage purchases on own

Quite good but could have spent a bit more time at Pearl Harbour. Driver very informative.

Tour pickup up and scheduling was excellent. Staff were friendly and courteous. Our guide, Paualani (sorry spelling might be wrong) was extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of Oahu and it's history. She was very passionate and animated. The bus was very comfortable and our guide encouraged everyone to participate in the experience and referred to us as her ' family' for the day. Unfortunately the stops were rushed and nothing more than tourist traps. We think this is more because of the tour operator and not the driver/ guide. For example, we thought the Dole Plantation would be more of a behind the scenes and historical visit, but we were just dumped into the gift shop and it wasn't part of the tour to see the plantation and its operations. Same for the macadamian nut farm. Our pearl harbour visit is what we expected. We appreciated our guide's photos along the way but felt her attention to driving safely was compromised. To be fully safe, there should have been a driver and a guide, rather than one person doing both jobs. Our guide went out of her way to make our tour special, within the constraints of the tour. This tour did give us an exposure to areas we would want to visit after, which we did the next day.

The tour was very good. Our driver Lisa was very informative. She made the tour very interesting. We were able to see more sites than we would have on our own. I would suggest to keep moving at Pearl Harbor. I did not get through the whole exhibit because I lingered too long. If your main objective is to take in Pearl Harbor, then I would suggest one of the other tours that only go to Pearl Harbor.
