We had an amazing whale-watching outing with Captain Brendon, Addie, and Russel. They were very knowledgeable and knew where to find the whales. They even knew the names of some of the whales and their stories. One of the calves did a wonderful show for us and just kept dancing for us. We also saw a number of adult humpback whales. They explained what to look for while whale watching and did a nice job of educating us about them. In addition to the whales, we also got to see sea lions up close and hear their calls. They also shared the history of the area. The staff was friendly. The boat was clean and had two levels of decks to view from. It was a delightful tour. We had chosen the combo tour that also included the Mendenhall Glacier Park. Although we did enjoy the walk to Nugget Falls, we were a little disappointed that we were not able to get closer to the glacier.

Juneau Whale Watching Tour was a great experience for our family!! They picked us up directly next to the cruise ship warf and brought us to the docks. The driver was friendly, funny and knowledgeable. The crew greeted us and directed us to the ready to go boat. Where we took our 3 hour whale watching tour. We saw whales and we saw orcas. It was a perfect day - the animals behaved and gave a great show - and the captain and crew was informed, helpful, friendly and over all made the trip pleasant. Nice catamaran so nice smooth sailing but the crowd was not to huge with plenty of views. I would recommend to anyone.
