The tour was a great experience. It was also a lot of fun as a single participant, as our group was small and therefore very personal. The insights we were given were authentic, close and a gateway to the Amish world. Our guide answered all questions competently and with a lot of knowledge and his open manner and humor made our tour a pleasant excursion. Not only farms were visited, but also important historical sites, as well as a creamery and a pretzel store! These pretzels are a piece of heaven! The Amish themselves were very friendly and treated us like guests rather than tourists. Highly recommended

Owner Mike was an informative and gracious host. He clearly enjoyed sharing his knowledge and respect for the Amish people we met (yes, we got to meet and talk with members of 3 completely different Amish families). This truly was a “unique” Amish tour. We highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to know how the Amish really live and not just get the cookie cutter version.

It was a great experience, and the small group size format made it feel intimate. Mike was very knowledgable and friendly. All of our interactions at every stop gave us a lot of insight that we will never forget.
