My wife and I did the 2 hour bike tour of Central Park on a warm and muggy day. Carla was our guide and she sis an excellent job of leading ou group, sharing her knowledge, being very welcoming, and moving at a pace that was comfortable for all. If the weather is oppressive or you aren't used to biking, I would recommend spending a few extra dollars to rent one of their eBikes. All of the equipment I saw was in good shape. Thank you Carla and UBCP for a great time.

Excellent bikes and service , fun outdoor activity with family mostly teenagers and the suspense of unknown place , even though they give you a map , it was a wonderful discover as you go experience , staff Saijaha was friendly , very nice , my kids want to go back and so do I.

We rented from Emily at the Alexandria, VA location for the Mount Vernon trail ride. The customer service at check in was top notch. Our bikes were ready and Emily made sure our seats were adjusted, tires full and locks ready for us to use when we parked. The ride itself is not something I’d recommend to anyone not in decent shape. It’s ~20 miles round trip and if the weather is hot, that just adds to the exertion. Overall, though, a great experience! Thanks, Emily!
