Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
Please be sure to arrive 45 minutes prior to tour time. This is to give you enough time to locate the activity site and complete the check in process before tour departure. All tour must depart on time, and late arrivals are subject to no refund.
Navajo Parks & Rec office: site is subject to closure due to adverse weather.
Navajo Parks & Rec office: people who may not be physically capable of completing the hiking required during the tour or pregnant are not allowed to participate.
Antelope Canyon does not allow: HIKING STICKS, CANES, WALKERS, OR WHEELCHAIRS.
All guests must be able to walk unassisted on uneven surfaces and elevation changes i.e., steep incline/decline
No Tripods, monopods, quadcopters or bags of all kinds are permitted during the guided tour. Please leave them at your vehicle.
Any pets or service animals are not allowed.
Not recommended for travelers that have trouble navigating stairs

The provider gave the incorrect meeting address. Failed to communicate your company’s name. We almost missed the tour. The tour company nor the booking agent ever apologized or tried to help. We were early to the incorrect address but chastised us for arriving late. The canyon itself is beautiful but the service provided is incredibly bad. Probably one of the worst travel experience by a tour company I’ve ever experienced.

They canceled and didnt let me know. This service was not cheap and indidnt order other ones cuz i was sure it will be booked

Our tour guide Lee was excellent with descriptions, story telling, and a terrific photographer! The pace of the tour allowed for plenty of time to observe and take multiple photos.
