The actual trip was excellent. The bus was in good shape, had charger outlets, good storage above the seats. The stops were nice, although not much direction other than be back on time. Antelope Canyon was amazing! Unfortunately, the company seemed a bit unorganized. First it was 530, then 515 for pickup. At 351 am the morning of the trip I receive a text that pickup has been changed to 5 am and we have to be 15 minutes early, so we hurry to be on time. And we wait. And we wait. I finally call. The person answering has no idea about the text I received and our pickup is still 515. Fine, we were 1/2 an hour early. When we are finally taken to the tour bus, the guide is a bit rude. Ok, it’s early, but still not the best when you’re in a customer service position. She was very knowledgeable about the area and everything we were seeing and she gave lots of good info. But she was rude to many guests. The one that finally put us over the top was when she asked the man in the seat behind her to wake up because his snoring was driving her crazy. We were only two rows back and I couldn’t hear anything, so he wasn’t sawing logs or anything. The lunch was a decent deli sandwich with chips and a cookie. However, they do not accommodate any dietary restrictions, just told me to bring my own food.

Thank you for traveling with us, and for sharing your feedback. We are glad the trip was excellent. Our tour departs Treasure Island at 5:30. You may have had a 5:15 departure from another hotel, and we suggest to our guests to arrive 10-15 minutes before to make sure they are ready and loaded by the departure time. There is no excuse for any rudeness, even if it is early in the morning and we do apologize for that and will address this with our team. We expect very good customer service at all times. We do offer a vegetarian option, if guests don't care for a turkey sandwich. We do not have additional options beyond that, so it would be necessary to bring other options if you have specific needs. Thank you for traveling with us and please let us know directly who our team members were that you interacted with so we can work to improve.

I had the opportunity to visit Upper Antelope Canyon & Horseshoe Bend and I'm so glad I did! Every part of the tour was right on time and well planned; we had a full bus so this was even more impressive. Our rest stops were well timed and the provided lunch was filling. Our drivers Bruce and Presley took good care of us and got us everywhere safely. Our tour guide Juliana was friendly, informative, helpful, and personable. Kudos to her again for keeping everything running smoothly. At the canyon our guide Lesmoynes was very knowledgeable and pointed out so many of the unique features. He even helped us find the right angles to get the best pictures! There was a lovely booth there with ladies selling handmade Navajo jewelry and art pieces. Everything was beautiful and the ladies were friendly and shared information about the items and meanings of the symbols. Needless to say, I went home with a few treasures! The nature I observed at Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon was nothing short of breathtaking. Mankind may try, but it can never truly compare to the wonders of nature. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone; be willing to spend about half your day doing it, but it will be worth your time. I never thought I would have the chance to visit these landmarks, and I am already thinking about planning a trip to visit the rest of the canyon. Thank you, National Park Express for a memorable experience.

Wow, it sounds like you had an absolutely amazing time! Your experience at Upper Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend really highlights how well-organized the tour was, and it’s great to hear how the team, from Bruce and Presley to Juliana and Lesmoynes, made everything run so smoothly. I love that you were able to learn so much, not only about the natural wonders but also about the Navajo culture through the jewelry and art. And those breathtaking views! Nature really is unbeatable. It’s wonderful that you’re already thinking about your next adventure to explore more of the canyon—there’s so much more to see! Your recommendation will definitely inspire others to experience these natural wonders for themselves. Thank you for traveling with National Park Express.

The tour was very well organized and the driver and guide were excellent. We were provided a lot of great info about the canyons and the region while on the bus. The bus ride goes through interesting landscapes and was quite comfortable. The Horseshoe and the Upper Antelope canyon were spectacular! Our Navajo guide in the canyon itself was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond from taking pictures to explaining about the canyon and its formation (he even did a demonstration). One recommendation for the company is to better explain how the pick up from the pick up locations works as we got confused thinking there would be a bus already waiting for us at 5AM, so we got worried that we either missed it or were not at the right location. A couple of things for travelers: 1) make sure you check your pick up location in advance; 2) make sure you have cash to tip your guides if that's something you want to do.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the tour, the landscapes, and the time spent at Horseshoe Bend and Upper Antelope Canyon. It’s great to know that the guide went above and beyond to make the experience even more memorable! We also appreciate your recommendation about better explaining the pick-up process, and we’ll make sure to improve that for future travelers. Your tips are really helpful—checking the pick-up location in advance and bringing cash for tips are great pieces of advice for anyone planning a trip. Thank you again for your feedback!
