Met up at the redemption site but was told to meet somewhere else when we arrived. The tour said beam of light but we were not able to see it

The Canyon was amazing, and our guide added much to the experience with her wealth of knowledge and kind helpfulness.

Everything was good including the guide, but the thing I would like to improve is not to call the tourists 45mts before the trip start time. Our trip was at 8:15am and we were asked to come at 7:30am. I reported at 7:20am, and the facility that was supposed to provide us the tickets was not open. We had to wait till 7:30 when someone opened the office. Also the vehicle that was meant to carry us to the site was scheduled to start at 8:05am. So essentially I wasted my whole 30mts of early morning time just waiting to board the vehicle. Otherwise rest everything was quite good.
