Noah was great! He made our trip down the River fun (and safe!) and was very relaxed with our family of 6. The entire crew was efficient and well-managed. The perfect first time rafting experience for 3 teens.

River Rat Whitewater is the best. Our guide (for 2 trips (daycatiin) “Crash” was very knowledgeable about the River, rafting as well as many other rivers, hiking trails, everything outdoors (not only in this area, but in places all over the globe) and gave me and my wife a time of our lives. “Sparkle” - she was the person we first saw and did the orientation with us - she was hilarious with her jokes that started our trip in an AMAZING way. Some may say they are corny jokes, and they go downhill from here, but they meant the world to me and my wife - made our day the best ever. We will remember “Sparkle” for decades to come. The guides are very good and interact with the guest so to make them laugh, have a great experience and good time. Their management was just as awesome - there was a very minor issue (not the rafting), but to them it was very major. They not only took care of us, but they went way overboard in making everything right with us - stating they want every guest to have the best experience of their life while at their company. Scale of 1-5 Customer service - 100 Guides - 100 Corny jokes - 100 Overall experience - to infinity and beyond Yes the scale got broken
