We booked two tours with this company 1) Ka Moana Luau and 2) Pearl Harbor tour. First tour was was cancelled due to rains and they only informed us an hour before the tour started, we were drenched and waiting for the tour car but nobody called us, after waiting for the vehicle for 40 minutes, we called them only to learn that it's cancelled
Pearl harbor tour was a disaster. Did it on 28th December, tour started at a tortuous time at 5:30 am pick up in morning and waited for 30 minutes in the queue to get inside the museum. We asked a day ago that when will the tour end and they repetedly told us 12:30 PM. When we reached the museum, we learned that we have documentary and USS Arizona tickets for 3:00 PM. Imagine that we are up since 4 am and now the show is at 3:00 PM ?? We saw on the website that you can reserve documentary after 11 am slot but this stupid tour company saved money and didn't do it.
To accommodate the tour we had to cancel another tour that we booked for the evening. We wanted whole day on something that we could have seen in 2 -3 hours. Half of the people opted to discontinue the tour. We spent the day tired, hungry and dissatisfied. We also requested for pick up from a nearby place but management refused and we had to pay $10 in Uber to get to the pick up point.
If you really want to do the pearl harbor tour please avoid this company to the extent possible and rather do it on your own, entry to the museum is free and you can easily do an Uber at a cheaper rate. The management of this company doesn't know how to manage operations in peak times. They ruined two of our days and experiences by making false promises and not informing us in advance. To the extent that we don't want to come to visit Hawaii again !

Sorry about your experience Priyanka. The luau was canceled by the venue, Sea Life Park, due to a tropical depression moving over the island. Are you holding us responsible for that?
Pearl Harbor experienced its busiest day ever today. There were 1500 people in line at 6:15am, and the park was sold out before the bus arrived... Even though we picked up at 5:30am. We totally understand that this is unfortunate, but still remains outside of our control. We have offered refunds and done what we can to make it right. If you choose to feel that it is all our fault, then so be it.
I'm sure most people who review our company will look at our overall rating and see that the vast majority of our reviews are overwhelmingly positive. However, sometimes the cookie crumbles the wrong way and we have to play the hand that is dealt, even though it is beyond our control. I'm sorry that you had to bear the brunt of such occurrences. Aside from the refunds that we've already offered, please let us know what we can do to make it right.
