The Valley of fire tour was awesome. Had a great experience from beginning to end. From the time our shuttle driver Emmitt picked us up til the time our tour guide Paul dropped us off, everything went fantastic. Paul was great about telling us where we would stop for pictures and how to handle the different terrains we encountered. Will definitely come back to see them in the future.

Paul was an amazing guide! He knew all the best spots, and tailored our tour directly to what we wanted! He gave us a bit of everything; high speeds and rock climbing, slow and scenic drives, and stops for photos together, all the while making sure we were keeping ourselves, and the wildlife, safe! Be sure to request him for an amazing time!

Great experience with amazing staff! Firstly, I found out about 'Sunbuggy' through TripAdvisor. I booked my activity about a month in advance using a Groupon deal. Booking is a little cumbersome as you have to do it via phone and the wait time can be a long. Nonetheless, I booked and staff called me to confirm about 1 day prior. On the day of the activity, I was picked up at an adjoining hotel via their shuttle then whisked away to check-in and watch a safety video. It was a little confusing arriving to the office because for a brief period, we were just standing around. No one advised us that you had to wait for name to be called, so that you can sign some paperwork. But I asked a staff member and she kindly let me know the process. On the trip, it was just myself and a family of 4. We went out with Flip and Jordan, who were AMAZING! Both were personable and very pleasant to be around. Flip was very knowledgeable and knew the course like the back of his hands. I felt confident in their presence. Along the way, we got lunch which I did not expect. Perhaps I missed that when I purchased. We stopped at a truck stop and got whatever we wanted then went off. Once we got to the valley of fire, we got a full rundown on safety and proceeded to move out. Flip and Jordan are efficient but careful with everything, especially safety. Unfortunately, I got into an accident on my ATV and injured myself. Flip and Jordan were extremely helpful and empathetic. They tried their best to keep me comfortable and safe. My injury did not stop me though, I still went along the trip and had a wonderful time exploring the sites. The Valley of Fire is really beautiful but very hot. We had unlimited water and were constantly encouraged to keep hydrated. We also had plenty of opportunities to stop and take photos. I loved it! Upon returning to the office, I had a lot of difficulty walking from my injury. The entire staff, and I really mean, all of the staff tried their best to help me or lead me to help. From ice packs to bandaids, and a ride to the hospital, I was in good hands. I felt like I was with family and I'm forever grateful for their service. Overall, I had a great experience. 5-stars for great customer service, value, and experience. I highly recommend to anyone visiting, and I will definitely be returning.
