We were grouped together and a dune buggy broke down twice allowing for maybe 15 minutes at most on the dunes. Probably would not book this company again.

This was terrible. Vehicles are not maintained obviously. Three out of the five on our tour broke down. Had to wait on a maintenance van each time to come and fix whatever was wrong. We probably didn’t get a total of 30 min drive time. Didn’t go over a single dune. Engines were probably not strong enough to even allow the ability to do that. Everyone on our tour (our party of three and two other parties) asked for a refund and were told we would have to email quality assurance. What a joke. Never gonna get that money back. Sad thing was as we were leaving, a new group was coming in and they were giving them the same sad tired vehicles.

Jay was awesome!!! Dug our group out multiple times, took us to some challenging routes and trails, and we all made it back in one piece thanks to him
