BEWARE!!! TLDR: they’ll call to say your original booking time is unavailable then refuse to refund your money. On 8/16/22 I booked a ride on their website for 8/17/22 @ 5:15AM from Fillmore to LAX, I received a confirmation text shortly thereafter and my credit card was charged $179.09. A few hours later I received a call from their dispatcher claiming that due to shift they needed to change my booking to around 4-4:15AM. Their dispatcher stated I would receive a subsequent phone call from a driver with a more accurate time. I then received a call from their driver David who confirmed 4:15 was the earliest a driver could arrive and when asked, he confirmed that I would be refunded should I need to cancel. I made alternate arrangement and called David back to cancel and he again confirmed I would be refunded given the time change. A few minutes later I received a phone call from their dispatcher claiming David was just a driver and didn’t know anything, and that I wouldn’t be refunded because I canceled. He also claimed that that disputing the charge was considered fraud per their terms. He then proceeded to claim there had been a misunderstanding and attempted to offer a credit on a future ride, presumably because my destination was airport departures and I wouldn’t likely return to claim it. Only after this exchange did the dispatcher decide that my original booking time was suddenly available and a driver would arrive as scheduled. This company has acted in bad faith at every turn, misrepresented their service availability, and is now attempting to keep payment for a ride they claimed to be unable to provide. I have since made other transportation arrangements and can’t caution you enough to stay away from these people. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Definitely the best taxi of Los Angeles! Is always available when you need it and very reactive. Thanks to rosi taxi I didn’t missed my flight!! They are really awesome, I don’t take Uber anymore

I had a great experience with them, they sent me a car very promptly when I needed to go to the airport with very short notice. Francisco was super kind and profesional. Will definetely call them again if I come back to Ventura. Thanks!
