You'll be enjoying a three-course menu with hand-picked dishes, fresh flowers, and tableware, creating an air of sophistication.

In winter months there is a communal table for up to 10 people. In summer months small tables await guests outside.

Chef Carolina is joined by Manuel, an experienced sommelier and aesthete.

We came to Santa Fe for Christmas with all our adult children - 8 people for a week. Oh this was the absolute best way to start off our trip!! It was simply amazing!! Chef Carolina was so charming, and the food was amazing. We will never forget this experience!

We had such a wonderful time. Great food and company. We were lucky enough to have lots of time with our host who was a delight. Will absolutely do it again when we;re next in Santa Fe.
