Participants must be in good physical condition and able to hike approximately two miles through rocky, muddy and slippery terrain
Must wear shoes that are secure to your feet. No flip flops.
Please bring plenty of water.
Other recommended items to bring: swimsuits, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, snacks, and a towel.
Ziploc bags should be used for cell phones or cameras that are not waterproof
No alcohol
Age restriction is 13-59
Not recommended for travelers with recent knee, ankle or back injuries

The kayaking and hike were great. It was physically challenging but felt good. Annie, our guide, was great.

My wife and I booked this excursion before we got to the island. We ended up not even getting to do the hiking portion of the excursion because the river was too high; which was fine because safety first. However, we were suppose to get contacted by the owner/operator about a possible reimbursement, but never got a call, email, or text. We honestly probably could’ve saved money by just renting a kayak and going up the river ourselves. All in all it was okay. Our guide Andy was super nice and informative.

Zach was an excellent guide! Beautiful , fun experience. Had never kayaked before and Zach made it super fun and easy. The hike and stream crossing was fun and the falls beautiful.
