Experience the Golden Age of Hollywood with Turner Classic Movies!

Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood and Turner Classic Movies have partnered up to introduce the TCM Classic Films Tour. This new tour features bespoke clips from TCM hosts, visits to areas of the lot that are not part of the regular tour (including the Property Department and Rose Garden), and TCM-branded tour carts. This classics-themed tour focuses on Warner Bros. Golden Age of Film and TV, featuring award-winning titles that shot on the iconic backlot from the early days of the Studio through the 1970s.

A specially trained Tour Guide, with the help of the hosts from Turner Classic Movies, will guide guests through the Studio Tour themed to iconic classic movies and TV shows from the early days of the Studio through the 1970’s. While on tour, guests will visit the familiar places and spaces where movie magic has been happening for more than 100 years.

Honestly, this was a great tour and we enjoyed everything. I did this tour several years ago and I definitely saw and felt a difference. Much more organized and flexibility. Love the fact we could walk around near Friends fountain area, at our own pace, we took lots of pictures. Loved that there were places to eat/sit and take a break. Last time we were here, I remember doing the tour in about 2 hours, this time, we were there about 4+ hours and we enjoyed every minute of it. Your staff was welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone!

This week we took the Classics Tour and were quite pleased that we did. Our guide (Dan) was very knowledgable and enthusiastic about sharing Warner Bros. history with us. While I wish a two-hour Classics Tour were available, our guide moved along at a quick pace as he tried to cram in as much as possible for us to see in the allotted time. Due to filming we were not allowed on the New York set but did visit Paris instead. Our guide also did a nice job pointing out the variety of people involved in production and even drove us through the carpentry shop to watch the craftsmen at work. In addition to our guide, the staff members were all very friendly and helpful. We are not Harry Potter, Friends or Big Bang Theory fans so we skipped a large portion of the self-guided tour which is dedicated to those productions.

Tour was great. Way better than Universal. If you're into the history and behind the scenes of movies this is the tour for you.
