It was a very nice cruise. Would have liked to have taken off at 6 like stated. Also though it was dark I still would have liked the DJ to say something like, “look to your right and you will be able to see the Washington Memorial” or something to that affect. My waiter Johnny was great!!!

I could only give this a 3 overall because after paying such a high price for what we expected to be an elegant experience, it was very disappointing to be placed right next to the kitchen and bar area, the worst thing for me at any dining experience! Not only were the entrails of these areas right in your face, but the high traffic made it extremely uncomfortable and the smells were overwhelming! My request for better seating was not honored so unfortunately my entire experience was ruined. Our server, William , was amazing though and this was our saving grace, otherwise I would have given my overall experience a 2! I booked on Viator and there was no information about options to dine ( there was no where on the online booking to choose seating) and there was no general information either, eg. Parking, Menu. I found the menu on another site. The good news is, they do have a (1)vegetarian option! I suggest they remove that table right next to the Kitchen- ruins the entire experience! Lastly, I had responded to the link sent in the booking confirmation email, for changing your booking or making requests, asking for a couple special provisions as we were celebrating a special birthday. I was not contacted by anyone and had to forgo those wishes. Very disappointing. Despite all of the above, the cruise and beauty of the Potomac at night is an experience to have. We made the best of our circumstances and had a great celebration of our beloved daughter!

A lot of people was wearing sport clothes, sandals, shirts, sport shoes. Whats the point on requesting formal clothes? . Also a bunch of People was drunk before the cruise departed. Is not a fancy cruise.
