A fun way to see DC. Even older adults can enjoy. Staff excellent - always checking in with those who weren't as comfortable on bike.
Really loved this tour. We brought our 13 yr old granddaughter to DC for the first time and thought this would be a great way to spend our first day/night in the city. Wow...what a perfect start. The guide was phenomenal ( Matt) . He was extremely informative and patient. The group was made up of families and young adults, but could be a little challenging for adults over 70, unless they are frequent bicycle riders because of the distance and slight inclines. We loved the Roosevelt monument which most tourists would not see because of its location, which is not near the mall but in a park. We would all highly recommend this tour company.
The evening tour on a bike with a very good guide is the perfect way to view the Mall and all the memorials, the guide gave a lot of interesting and relevant information throughout The tour. Halfway the tour the guide had a very welcome snack for us. The next day we had the bike for free so we made a tour with our tree kids (18, 16, 14) to the Pentagon, Arlington and The White House. We were lucky to see that The President just landed with his helicopter in his garden. It was quite hot in Washington and other people looked at us jealously: we had a nice wind and did not have to walk throughout this town. We recommand this tour to everyone especially if you have kids.
