Most of the staff were friendly and customer oriented but one of the staff was not and basically lied which dampened the whole experience

The ultimate whale watch and way to go! The crew was friendly and helpful. Nice having lunch options considering the midday time of the cruise. Great having a shady spot to sit in as well. Got some great pics! So happy we picked this! A perfect outing on our visit to see our son who lives in Hawaii!

We went on a whale watching tour aboard the Majestic and first of all, the boat is fairly large and VERY nice inside! (I picked a larger boat since I was worried about getting sea sick on a small boat.) The scenery while we were sailing was breathtaking, plus we were lucky enough to come upon a mother whale and her baby! We saw mainly backs, dorsal fins and tails; no breach but I wasn’t really expecting that anyway. When the whales were near the surface of the water, we could clearly see the outline of their bodies, giving us a better idea of their size. Our guide was excellent at pointing out where the whales were and giving commentary about whales in general. Very informative! Coming back in the harbor, we were lucky enough to see a turtle swimming by us. We had a wonderful time and I definitely recommend the whale watching tour on the Majestic!
