I'll start with the check in process; So easy! Super friendly staff who greet you warmly and get you checked in quickly. Boarding: Waited along the rail to board and were greeted by one of the crew who took our ticket and welcomed us aboard. Everyone was really excited to be there and we could not have has better weather. It was clear and beautiful! The boat has snacks and drinks for purchase down below. We didn't see to much on the tow hour adventure but a couple small 20' whales but it was still worth it to be out and doing something normal with other people who clearly wanted the same thing. They had a crew member walking around talking to people answering any questions they had and while we never talked to him he seemed nice and very educated on the sea life in the area. I think he may have handed out little kid bags with coloring books or something in them at the end of the trip as well. The crew gave us our tickets back for a return trip that never expires due to the fact that we didn't see much. I think this company is totally a stand up company who cares about their customers and we will be coming back. We live in southern CA so we love our ocean and being out there supporting these businesses.

Boat ride was amazing as we went on the sunset trip. We say three grey whales and a big group of bottled nose dolphins. Super affordable and knowledgeable staff.

This was my first time on a boat and I'm so glad I picked this trip. Wonderful experience and cant wait to bring my kids.
