We had a great time on this whale watching trip. The people at San Juan Safaris were extremely nice and evrything was very well organized. The naturalists on board answered all our questions and made the trip a great experience for everybody. We were lucky and got to spend time with an Orca family plus we saw Minke whales, dolphins, porpoises, sea lions and harbor seals. Thanks for a great adventure!

We had a wonderful experience with the Western Prince II from Friday Harbor. The staff, including the ship's captain and 2 naturalists were very knowledgeable about the whales and other wildlife. We traveled a long way into the straits to find the whales, but they were determined to make it a great experience, and it was!

This is a must and San Juan Safaris knows their stuff. The two naturalists on board had so many degrees and so much experience - we came away with a full education on the ecosystem supporting the wildlife coupled with tons of info about the wildlife itself. Seriously, first class professionals. Most importantly - omg did we see Orcas! So beautiful. Talk about getting your monies worth - they could have charged us double the price and we would still feel like we got a deal!
