We booked this excursion and the next day I received a text message from Hans thanking us for booking with him. That made us feel good. When we met him at the port he was so friendly and welcoming and made us feel incredibly comfortable. Hans is very knowledgeable of Ketchikan and answered any questions we had. He took videos and photos of us and air dropped them to us! He never made us feel rushed. At the end he even gave us a little gift to remember Ketchikan by! I would highly recommend anyone visiting to book with them! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Hans!

Best Experience of our whole trip! We met Bianca in the parking lot near the cruise ship docks. She offered to drive us around and point out the sites. She asked our interests and was able to make recommendations of what to see and do. We had a great tour and were able to experience some of the beautiful sites in Alaska! There is so much more beyond the port. Bianca provided us lots of history and information about the area. We stopped to explore the tide pool, went in search of bear cub and the highlight was our hike up the waterfall! Bianca was enthusiastic and passionate about the area, was quick to point out wild life and escorted a group of middle aged hikers safely up the falls. She took photos and videos of our group to share and remember our trip. I wish she was with us in all of our ports!

Hans was a wonderful tour guide! Very knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. We all enjoyed our tour with him! He tried his best to get us a sighting of a bear fishing — unfortunately only saw a cub romping in the grass.
