Alexander arrived on time and was extremely polite. He also was a very safe driver. Whenever shopping bags needed to be bought to the car, he was there straight away at the pick up point to place bags into the trunk of the car. Would definitely do this again when back in New York.

We booked this day tour to Woodbury outlet a few months ago. It was the best price from all limousine companies. The diver met us at the hotel. The ride was nice and quick. He stayed with us for a whole day and collected our bags. 8 hours of shopping were enough for us. The outlet is really huge. The prices are very low compared to other malls. The tour price is worth it especially now in autumn. The highway is so multicoloured!

Driver was kind and the ride was comfortable. We however could not stay in Woodbury beyond 7pm even if we said that we’d pay for the extra 2 hours (as Woodbury closes at 9pm). Other tour operators are more flexible and allow the guests to stay until the shops close. Further, other companies would collect our shopping bags throughout the day. This company simply drops you off at Woodbury and picks you up (plus the hotel pick up / drop off). Nothing more, nothing less. Not sure if the fee I paid was worth it.

Dear Raissa, It's a very strange review to be honest. You have never contacted us about extra hours. We would love to earn extra money! The driver was standing on the parking all day long. Clients always bring bags to the car during the day. Thats why drivers stay with clients. You have never called him about your bags. I hope your shopping was worth it at least.
