My family was scheduled for the Whale watching on March 22nd. The day before Zodiac called to inform us that they hadn't been seeing many whales the last couple days. They gave us the option to continue with our time, switch adventures or even cancel all together for full refund. Unfortunately due to our schedule we decided to go ahead and cancel. I would like to thank Zodiac for calling to inform us of the current condition when they did not have to and to give us the option of full refund. It showed great honest character for them as they did not have to per the cancellation policy. I would recommend them for an excursion! Thanks again and maybe the schedule will allow for us on our next visit. Aloha!

Mahalo for understanding, we hope that next time you guys are in Kona you get to go out with us! We tried to reach out to as many as we could to give them the option. We never know when the whale decide to leave because we can't speak whale like Dory! Thanks for being amazing.

We were a party of 3 adults the week of 3/14/22. It was a beautiful morning and my husband and I sat up front in the "adventure seats" which I loved. We didn't know what to expect as it's not like any other boat we've been on, but it was pretty cool. "Put your foot under the rope at your feet as this is your life line". Ok! While we did not see a lot of whales, we thoroughly enjoyed the "search" and time on the water. We also saw dolphins on our way back. Rick and Will were our guides on this trip and not only were they helpful and informative, but they had a sense of humor also. We would definitely come back to Captain Zodiac if our travel brings us back to the islands.

I was so happy with this company. We got a call before our trip. They let me know that the actual sightings was very low and they felt the whales had left early this season. So they gave me a choice of going ahead and trying with this trip, changing to another of their options or a full refund. I thought this was so helpful and honest of this company. They put my needs before their profits. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I will definitely use them again in the future.
