One member of each group must present a credit card and government-issued ID; this information will only be used in the case of damage or loss of property

It was a fun experience! The audio tour was barely audible over the sound of the engine (on top of regular traffic) which was unfortunate.

You chose the basic one hour which as you were told is just a loop drive with no stops it’s the basic drive only had to chosen the next tour level you would have had a compete narration and history of the area, next time I advise you choose the narrated tour.

I was not able to go due to COVID. 5he company never even responded to me. This is hideous customer service!

The car is very low to the ground which caused us to be hit from behind with a 4x4 truck while we were sightseeing. The car needs a flag on the back of it so other drivers can see you. My daughter had to keep her hand in the air to ensure we were seen

You have never rented a car from our company so you must have been somewhere else! You should check where you are before leaving bad reviews for companies!
