I had one day to tour Memphis and wanted to do two organized tours. I called from home prior to my trip to see if times would conflict. Not only did Carolyn call me back, she offered to pick me up at my hotel and drop me off as close to the next tour as they could. That sort of kindness is so rare these days. This tour will give you historical background you will not find anywhere else. It will take you to places you might otherwise have missed. Its focus on African Americans in Memphis, both past and present, is rich and eye opening. I highly recommend it. Thanks Carolyn and Jackie!

Carolyn,  aka Queen, took me back in time to a rich history I never knew. Her knowledge of Memphis' history made the past come alive. While her insight caused me to have a greater appreciation for the sacrifices and contributions African-Americans made to build the United States of America.  Queen was welcoming, fun, and a great communicator. This tour will open your mind and heart to see Memphis like never before.
