One of the best city tours I've ever been on. Queen makes you feel like family & you definitely are a VIP to her. So much history in Memphis. So many WOW African American history moments she gives you. This tour is for everyone. Especially those who want to learn about the rich history which lies in the streets of Memphis. Highly recommend!

We were in town for my Dad's Birthday Weekend, he just had to experience the Memphis Barbeque in person!!!!! Ms. Queen was a very engaging tour guide who knew the history of the city and loved telling it. The ride was very comfortable and Ms. Queen has everyone feeling like a VIP!!!! Throughout the tour, she gave us an depth history of the African American story in Memphis as well as told us about some really cool places to check out while we were in town. Do keep in mind this is a ride around tour, most of the sites visited are seen from within the comfy, updated air conditioned van.

My friends and I loved this tour so much! First off, Queen greets you with such warmth and positive energy. As we go around the city she distinguishes the history that has already been placed by the city in conjunction with the uncomfortable truth thats beneath the surface. There is pain and struggle in our history but there is a ton of STRENGTH and COMPASSION from our ancestors to push forward for equality. Along with the history, as you navigate around she introduces you to all of her favorite black owned stores. One being a cupcake shop that my friends and I ran into as soon as the tour ended lol. Deliciously moist cupcakes, plus great conversation with the owner's father. All in all I highly recommend this tour to everyone. Everyone's perspective about Memphis' history needs to be heard.
