I didn't get to do the tour due to the time. I would suggest that this group be more flexible in their touring hours. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very gracious. She tried to make every accommodation for me, but we weren't able to make it happen. She offered to redeem my voucher on a later visit.

Bar none, Queen was the best tour guide I've ever encountered. The tour is comprehensive, so well-researched, and you'll never encounter a friendlier and more enthusiastic person. We had the best time and both learned a tremendous amount about the Black history of Memphis. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.
